In 2015 following The Grateful Dead's 50th anniversary celebration, Dead and Co formed. This brought Charlie to take a chance and hit the road, leaving life as he knew it behind- forming Cosmic Charlie's Grateful Grill. Over the past 10 years, Cosmic Charlie's has had the honor of consistently touring with Dead and Company -becoming a fan favorite amongst fellow Deadheads.

In order to make this dream a full-time career, Charlie had the opportunity to expand Cosmic Charlie's to some of the largest music festivals across the USA.
